Mark W. Norman

Mark W. Norman is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter. His practice focuses on construction defect litigation, products liability and general insurance litigation.

He received his undergraduate degree in Economics from UCLA in 1986 and his law degree from the University of San Diego in 1990. While in law school, he was a contributor to the California Regulatory Law Reporter. He has been practicing in the Los Angeles area since admission to the California Bar in 1990. Prior to practicing law, he worked for a United States Senator in Washington, D.C.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the United States Federal Court, Southern District of California. He is also an active member of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
