Kevin P. McNamara

Kevin P. McNamara is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter. His practice focuses on personal injury, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and ERISA litigation.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University California at Berkeley in 1992 and his law degree from Pepperdine University cum laude in 1995. He has been practicing in the Los Angeles area ever since.

He has tried numerous cases to verdict, both jury and bench trials, as well as argued before the California Court of Appeal. He is admitted to practice in the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern districts of the United States District Court, the California Court of Appeal and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
