Kevin J. Gray
Kevin J. Gray is a partner in the San Francisco office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter.
His practice focuses on litigation in the areas of transportation, products liability, premises
liability, fraud defense and construction defect. He received his undergraduate degree from
Princeton University in 1977 and his law degree from Washington and Lee University in 1982
with academic honors as a Burks Scholar. He has been practicing in the San Francisco Bay area
since admission to the California Bar in 1989. He has also been admitted to the New South
Wales and South Australia Bar in 1987 and the New York Bar in 1983.
He is an active member in the Trucking Industry Defense Association and the Northern
California Fraud Investigators Association, a member of the California Bar Association and has
tried over 50 cases. He is also a frequent lecturer on litigation-related topics, and is active as a
private mediator.
