Joshua R. Diaz

Joshua R. Diaz is an associate in the Orange County office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter. His practice focuses on product liability, insurance defense, and general commercial litigation.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998 and his law degree from Loyola Law School in 2003.

As an undergraduate Mr. Diaz was a recipient of the Ray Kawano Memorial Academic Golf Scholarship. While in law school, he received a Dispute Resolution Programs Act Mediation Certificate certifying his completion of over three hundred and thirty hours of clinical mediation and ADR training.

He was also an extern with the City Attorney Office of Los Angeles as well as the Western Law Center.

Mr. Diaz is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association, and the Orange County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in California and is admitted to the United States District Court; Central District of California.
