Joseph S. Sedlacek

Joseph S. Sedlacek is an associate in the Orange County office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter. His current practice includes; product liability, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, transportation and business litigation. In addition, he has defended physicians and medical facilities from malpractice and elder abuse claims.

He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland at College Park in 1995 and received his J.D. from California Western School of Law in 1999, where he was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law.

He has been practicing in the Southern California area since admission to the State Bar of California in 1999.
