David E. Bower

David E. Bower is Senior Associate in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter. His practice focuses on complex business, construction, real estate, insurance coverage and personal injury litigation. Mr. Bower also has handled numerous business and real estate transaction matters.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo in 1977, and a Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1981. He is a member of the California State Bar and the New York State Bar. He is also a graduate of the Mediation Training Program at the University of California, Los Angeles, and has a certification in Advanced Divorce Mediation Techniques. He has presided over 100 mediations since becoming certified and is currently on the Los Angeles Superior Court Pay Panel of mediators and arbitrators. He is the current Chairman of the Board of Directors of Mental Health Advocacy Services, a non-profit legal services firm in Los Angeles.
