Dale B. Goldfarb

Dale B. Goldfarb is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter. His practice involves business litigation, admiralty and maritime, insurance coverage, intellectual property, employment and housing discrimination, and general defense. He has also handled over 300 appellate matters. He received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California at Berkeley and received his law degree magna cum laude from Loyola Law School, where he was on the Law Review.

Dale Goldfarb is an associate of the American Board of Trial Advocates - ABOTA. He is a member of a major insurance company's claim committee where he evaluates claims handling and sets reserves on a national basis. He has also taught insurance coverage for various groups and has presented courses provided by the California Continuing Education of the Bar.

He has served as an assistant professor in the Department of Criminal Justice at California State University at Long Beach and has also been a Pro Tem judge for the Los Angeles courts. He has previously served on the Board of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel and is a member of the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Goldfarb is an experienced trial lawyer with over 50 jury and non-jury trials.
