Craig F. Sears

Craig F. Sears is a partner in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter. His practice focuses on product liability and general liability defense litigation.

He received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University, in Mechanical Engineering (with honors) in 1971 and his law degree from the University of Southern California in 1975. He has been practicing in the Los Angeles area, for Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter, and its predecessor, Drydren, Harrington and Swartz, since admission to the California Bar in 1975.

He is a member of the State Bar of California, American Bar Association, and the Los Angeles Bar Association. He is a member of Trial Attorneys of America, the Defense Research Institute (products liability committee), the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel, and the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, the American Society of Agricultural and Biological Engineers, Tau Beta Pi, and Pi Tau Sigma.

He has tried cases in Southern California Courts on behalf of automotive manufacturers, truck manufacturers, industrial and farm equipment manufacturers, and insurance companies. He has spoken at conferences for the Defense Research Institute, Trial Attorneys of America, and has presented at MCLE training sessions in Los Angeles County. He is a managing partner in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow & Canter.
