Claire C. Weglarz

Claire C. Weglarz is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Harrington, Foxx, Dubrow and Canter. Her practice focuses on products liability and general liability defense litigation, as well as probate, wills, trusts and general business and corporate transactions.

She received her undergraduate degree (B.S., Biology) from Loyola Marymount University in 2000, and received her J.D. from the University of San Diego in 2004, where she was a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Criminal Procedure. Ms. Weglarz also studied at the Institute on International and Comparative Law, London (2002).

Ms. Weglarz has been practicing in California since admission to the State Bar of California in 2004, and she is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for Southern California. Ms. Weglarz is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
